Great to see the children at school again, but .....
It was a wonderful start at school yesterday.Lots of excitement and catching up between teachers and students and students among themselves.
The 13 of them who had completed their Food Project were beaming with pride when they placed their masterpieces on my project table.
The other 7 were strongly encouraged to bring theirs within the week. One parent apparently did not even get to read the letters I've been sending out. :(. Excusable, as this family has 5 children and no domestice helper.
We had a birthday celebration. This girl was born on the exact day when 9/11 happened 5 years ago. The children enjoyed the simple celebration. The mum offered to cook lunch for the staff one of these days, we've fixed it for next Wednesday. She requested to cook the Indian rice in the school's kitchen. This request is granted. :)
So, what is the "but" ?
But ...... my throat is painful again and my voice is giving way again .....
Am I having some serious throat problem? Or vocal strain?
Honey, more honey. Ban Lan Geng and more Ban Lan Geng ...
I really hate this .... arrrgghhhhh ......
How to teach when you have no voice? aaaaarrrgghhhhhh .......
Whisper, whisper, whisper, plus sign, sign sign .....
Trust God for the day.
"Please Lord, carry me through the day. Thank You. I know I am heavy, but .... I still wanna be carried today, hehehe ....."
Love,

Ask Supergirl Zoe to sayang you and Superboy Zane to hug you, and you'll be fine soon. : )
I am thinking along this line too. Maybe my vocal cord is starting to be strained .... or ... whatever medical terms they have for that. Maybe a very strong infection?
My regular GP is closed for the day.
I went to another GP. And was liked being dismissed that this is just a common throat problem associated with teaching, even though I stressed that this is the FIFTH ROUND WITHIN 2+ months !! I can't even talk, so .... I gave up ....
Next time will see my regular GP, with pen n paper, to write what I have to say to him. Ha ....

Does your throat or neck area feel swollen? Hope it's not thyroid.
Now that you mentioned, no wonder the GP checked my blood pressure and felt my neck area to see if there's swelling or pain. No, I'm clear from that.
Will do something about this soon.
